Customer Management System (CMS) Software

Customer Management System provides
the specific features needed by you to manage your customer base when
you don't need a complete inventory and POS package.
CMS is our MMS
software without the complete invoicing and payments features.
The CMS database is completely upgradable
to MMS without the loss of any data. Therefore, when your business grows
and you need to move up to a POS solution, you won't have to lose your
years of data or spend days reentering the data.

Each customer information record includes many
fields including email address, birth date, billing and shipping
address, multiple phone numbers.
- Add as many callback reminders per customer as needed. Each time
you start CMS, it checks for any callbacks that are due or overdue
and will display them when there are.
- Track as many customer visits as you need including their complaints,
medications, diet suggestions, program (supplement) suggestions, and
internal notes. All of this information except the internal notes
print out in an easy to read format to be given to your client or
stored as needed.
- Customers can be assigned to multiple categories allowing for easy
label generation and more
- Store multiple credit cards for each customer.
- For customers that pay by check, MMS can store all of the information
needed to print a bank draft (check) for that customer if they are
ordering over the phone. Similar programs cost $100
to $250 that do nothing more than simple check printing functionality.
We offer low cost blank checks
as well to use with MMS. Much less cost than paying the credit card
transactions fees with added convenience for your customers. Your
bank may or may not require the use of special magnetic toner (available
for most laser printers) for proper MICR check reading.
- Print checks from your own checking account. Just
add yourself as a customer to CMS with your checking account information
and print checks that you are writing to others right from your printer.
- Press one button to automatically address an envelope or print just
one address label for that customer.
- Producing mailing labels for newsletters or notification
of special sales. Many different ways to create labels including
targeting customers who purchased specific products during a specific
date range, only those customers assigned to a vendor, etc. If you
don't want to print labels but would rather export the results, save
it to an Excel file and merge with your Word document or other file
as needed. Also, easily export out the email addresses when you want
to do a mass mailing to a group of customers.
- If you are a Natures Sunshine distributor, you can get your customers
into the system quickly by importing your downline from a disk which
can be purchased directly from NSP for only $10. You can update your
customer records by purchasing and updating your information with
a newly updated disk at any time.
While CMS is designed to manage your customers, it does contain a
product database. This allows you to keep information on your products.
These inventory features include:

An unlimited number of different
vendors from which can manage products for.

Print lid labels for each item in inventory for
each individual bottle or to place on the shelf.
- Each product can have 5 different prices (Retail, PV, QV, Cost,
and Distributor Cost).
- Products can be assigned to different categories to allow reporting
by either vendor or category of product.
- Optional fields allow for ordering by the case and minimum order
quantities.
- Different products can be assigned different tax rates.
- CMS comes with all Natures Sunshine Products already in the system.
Flat-text file import allows importation of other vendor's products.
