Multilevel Management System (MMS) Point
of Sale (POS) Software

Multilevel Management System provides the
flexibility of Windows programs with the specific features needed by you to
effectively run your businesses whether your business is out of home or a retail
store.
NOTE: While there are many features listed
here, this is in no way a complete list of everything MMS can do. Also, it
is not required that you use every feature if you do not wish to - flexibility
and power is the key.

Allows an unlimited number of different
vendors from which you purchase and sell products for.

Automatically determines what you need
to reorder based on values you set and outstanding reorders and customer
backorder. However, allows you the flexibility to modify the reorder based
on specials or items with temporary higher demand (allergy season).
- Produces lid labels for each item as it arrives from the vendor providing
information for customers on where they purchased the product, price, and
description while at the same time cross checking that you've received all
items you ordered. Labels can also be printed for placing on the shelf rather
than on each individual bottle.
- Each product can have 5 different prices (Retail, PV, QV, Cost, and Distributor
Cost).
- Products can be assigned to different categories to allow reporting by either
vendor or category of product.
- Optional fields allow for ordering by the case and minimum order quantities.
- Different products can be assigned different tax rates.
- Commissions can be assigned to products to reward employees for selling
certain items.

If you are distributor of NSP products,
MMS will transfer your reorder over the Internet automatically
to NSP's website with just the push of a few buttons.
- MMS comes with all NSP products already in the system. Flat-text file import
allows importation of other vendor's products.
Customer
Management
-
Each customer information record includes many fields
including email address, birth date, billing and shipping address, multiple
phone numbers.
- Customers can be assigned to multiple vendors allowing for support of multiple
multilevel companies, pricing selection and discounts specific for that customer.
Also, renewal, sign-up, promotion, and last purchase dates are available.
- Stores multiple credit cards including separate address verification fields.
- For customers that pay by check, MMS can store all of the information needed
to print a bank draft (check) for that customer if they are ordering over
the phone. Similar programs cost $100 to $250 that do nothing
more than simple check printing functionality. We offer low
cost blank checks as well to use with MMS. Much less cost than paying
the credit card transactions fees with added convenience for your customers.
Your bank may or may not require the use of special magnetic toner (available
for most laser printers) for proper MICR check reading.
- Press one button to automatically address an envelope or print just one
address label for that customer.
- Add as many callback reminders per customer as needed. When a callback becomes
due, it displays when the program starts giving you the customer, description
of callback, and their phone number.
- Track as many customer visits as you need including their complaints, medications,
diet suggestions, program (supplement) suggestions, and internal notes. All
of this information except the internal notes print out in an easy to read
format to be given to your client or stored as needed.
- Producing mailing labels for newsletters or notification
of special sales. Many different ways to create labels including targeting
customers who purchased specific products during a specific date range, only
those customers assigned to a vendor, etc. If you don't want to print labels
but would rather export the results, save it to an Excel file and merge with
your Word document or other file as needed.
- Statement of account report to send to your customers when they have outstanding
balances due.
- If you transfer volume to your downline, the volume transfer report allows
you to customize exactly which customers should receive how much volume. Report
format allows for faxing directly into your vendor for whom you are transferring
volumes.
- If you are a NSP distributor, you can get your customers into the system
quickly by importing your downline from a disk which can be purchased directly
from NSP for only $10. You can update your customer records by purchasing
and updating your information with a newly updated disk at any time.
Invoice/Payment
Management

Powerful invoicing window allows different
bill-to/ship-to customers, discounting of products, different pricing
levels, shipping charges (if any), searching for products by name, number,
or through use of an optional
bar-code scanner.
- Program configuration options allow you to train MMS to the
way you use it allowing for quicker invoice generation.

If you sell products at different prices, MMS is a must
because it will automatically select the correct price type based on customer
and the products they are purchasing. Different price types can be selected
on the same invoice.

- Optional message can print on each invoice reminding your customers of up
coming events or payment terms. Custom message specific for that customer
can also be entered on each invoice.
- Invoice can be written as a drop-ship from any vendor without impacting
your current inventory.
- Payments can be applied to one or multiple invoices and overpayments kept
on account and used to pay future invoices.
- MMS is certified with Electronic Clearing House,
Inc. for processing of your credit card transactions directly through
the software. This eliminates the need for an external credit card terminal
which often costs as much or more than the MMS software itself costs. With
a low-cost magnetic stripe
reader (MSR), you can still receive the low swipe discount rate for your
credit card transactions and print out your
credit card slips for customer signing on the same receipt
printer that your receipts are printing on.. Also, if you accept checks
and need electronic check verification or guarantee features, MMS is fully
certified for the ECHO Xpress Check services as well as and support automatic
MICR check scanning.
