Recipes for Success Example Cards

Below is an example of two different Recipes for Success cards. The first is for the gallbladder and the second is a gallbladder cleanse. These are just two examples of the over 350 different Recipe topics and you can add your own notes to each topic. GALLBLADDER

Pain under the right rib cage or in the shoulder blades, nausea or gas after eating, or chalk-colored stools indicates gallbladder problems.
- To ease pain & support the gallbladder: BLG-X with each meal
- To pass stones - HYDRANGEA or Gallbladder Cleanse (See next card). Be sure to repeat cleanse after 14 days.
- For weakened gallbladder, do NOT cleanse. Instead use BP-C for at least six months according to suggested usage on bottle. LIV-C is the Chinese combination for stressed gallbladder; use after the cleanse.
- If gallbladder has been removed, take BOWEL BUILD, PROACTAZYME, FAT GRABBERS & HI LIPASE to improve digestion.
- Gallstones often form when there is too much insulin in the blood. Control of blood sugar through diet and regular exercise is important in prevention. Those who eat more than 400 calories a day in refined sugar greatly increase the chances of developing gallstones.

GALLBLADDER CLEANSE

   For two days take 8 ounces of apple juice every two hours until 1/2 gallon has been taken each day. Take 2 or more FASTING PLUS every two hours and do not eat. Every 4 hours take 1 CASCARA SAGRADA to stimulate bile flow.
   At bedtime on the second day, take 2-4 ounces of virgin olive oil mixed with 2 ounces of fresh lemon or grapefruit juice. Repeat in 1/2 hour.
   Sleep on your right side. Within 24 hours you should expel stones, mucous, or sludge through the bowel. Repeat this cleanse in 14 days.

   To prevent future stone development, eat more fruits and vegetables, less grains and animal foods. Add THYROID ACTIVATOR (KC-X) to your diet to increase organic sodium for prevention of gallstones and 30 minutes of exercise 5 times a week. Gallstone formation can come from blood sugar intolerance and too much insulin in the blood. Exercise helps the body's cells use blood sugar and reduce insulin resistance.
