Ordering/Shipping Information

You can easily and quickly determine the cost to ship your order without entering any personal information other than your ship-to zip code. To do so, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and enter the ship-to zip code on the shopping cart page. Then, press the Calculate Shipping button and your exact shipping cost will be within your shopping cart and will be automatically updated as you add or remove additional items. If you need an item sent next day or two-day, email us the item(s), quantity needed and the ship to zip code and we'll quickly email you a shipping quote back.

  • All orders are generally shipped same day they are received. Your prompt service and satisfaction are very important to us.
  • We ship most items from multiple warehouses. This allows you to receive your items as quickly as possible without excessive shipping charges.
  • You can order on-line for shipment to US or Canada destinations by adding the items you wish to order to your shopping cart and checkout through our secure servers when you are ready to place your order. All credit card information is encrypted and never transmitted via email or any other unsecured means as is done by many on-line merchants who receive your card information with SSL (https) making you think it is secure and then send it via email for processing which is not secure.
  • You may also order by calling us toll-free at (877) 877-6783 and we will be glad to take your order and answer any questions you might have.
  • You may also email Sunshine POS with your questions and we will contact you via email or telephone to help you.

Hardware/Supplies Shipping Cost: We only charge actual costs for ground shipping and is calculated at the time of checkout based on the total weight of items purchased, number of separate boxes required, and the destination zip code they are being shipped to. This allows us to fairly price our products no matter where the shipment is going to. Simply select your items you wish to purchase, enter your zip code on the shopping cart page and press the Checkout button to see the shipping costs before any payment information is required.

If you need your hardware or supplies items to be shipped other than standard UPS or FedEx Ground delivery, email us with the items desired, destination zip code, and how you would like your items shipped (Next Day AM Delivery, Next Day Standard Delivery, 2 Day Delivery) and we will respond back with the shipping amount.

Software Shipping Options (U.S. Only):

  • Next day guaranteed delivery for $25.00
  • Two-day guaranteed delivery for $15.00
  • Ground shipping at cost calculated during checkout

Payment Options

  • All Major Credit Cards Accepted
  • Whether ordering online through our secure server or ordering over the phone, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
  • PO's are accepted from Government entities and Libraries. Non-government organizations wishing to purchase on terms can request credit application form via email or phone.

Deferred Payment Plan:

  • If you are interested in our deferred payment plan (available on most software purchases), just add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the Add Deferred Payment Plan button. The shopping cart will automatically be updated to show the order total and the total due today.

Computer Requirements for Software:

  • Pentium 1.4Ghz or faster processor
  • Windows XP/Vista/Win7
  • 512 MB RAM (1GB Recommended)
  • Fifteen MB of available hard disk space should be allowed for the first program and five MB for each additional program.
  • Ink jet or laser printer.
  • Screen resolution of 800 x 600 (SVGA) or higher is required for the Multilevel Management System and the Iridology Report Generator.

Software Licensing:

  • All programs are licensed to be run on only one computer at a time.
  • Copy protection device included at no charge for parallel or USB port.

Return Policy:

  • We make every effort to make sure you received exactly what you ordered and that it arrives in satisfactory condition. Because of this, we have very few returns (less than 1%). However, please read our return policy so you know what to do if you have any problems:
  • Software may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping charges. The return must include the Copy Protection Device and software CD-ROM. From 31-90 days after purchase, a 25% return fee will be assessed. No returns will be accepted after 91 days.
  • Returns for defective merchandise must be received within 30 days of delivery. No returns beyond 30 days and any claims beyond this time frame can be submitted to the manufacturer for coverage under the manufacturer warranty.
  • Returns for non-defective merchandise must be received within 30 days of delivery. No returns beyond 30 days. No refund for shipping charges and a 15% restocking charge applies for non-defective merchandise returns if item is in resalable condition which requires all original packaging supplies, manuals, etc. Unpack items carefully and save all packaging material until you are satisfied with your purchase.
  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Call or email Sunshine POS for this number before shipping. RMA must be noted on outside of shipping box and must be returned with original packaging. Do not ship item without external shipping box unless that was how item was received. Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
